To whom it may concern:

I have an 87 5.0 convertible 5 speed car. It is basically stock but has
the fpllowing: BBK equal length headers, flowmaster e-chamber mufflers,
Motorsport rear discs, free flow h- pipe, street pulleys, SVO roller
rockers, and a GT-40 Intake. I have recently converted the care to Mass
Air and am enjoying the smoother Idle.

My question is two part:
1) I put the converters back on the car. Where do I take the CAr to get
certified for smog purposes as I made the swap to mass air from speed
density. Do I need to get it checked out by a Calif. Certified center or
can I just try to get it smogged?
2) I am having a problem getting the throttle postition sensor to register
greater than .95 volts at closed throttle. I opened up the screw holes
to allow for adjustment, but at full adjustment i still cant get it close
to .98 or .99 volts. any suggestions?..It would adjust to the proper
voltage with the old computer (speed density) system.
