Studs of bolts??
If bolts, you may have to replace with longer as they
"may" be pulling out ot the previously used threads.
I had this problem and went to studs that were longer
than the original bolts by about 1/2". Used teflon sealer,
tightened down until I hit bottom then came back up
about 1/2 turn. No problems since.
