Hi all,
I own a 1967 convertible with the 200 engine. I've heard, that I can
improve performance by replacing carburator. Which one do you prefer?

I've got a Autolite 1100. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It
just won't work well. I've tried several rebuilt carbs, none really work
well. There is an outfit in the US which rebuilds them specifically for
Mustangs, and sells them for about triple the price of a normal rebuilt.
Seems like a lot, but I am certainly considering it. There were two other
carbs used on these motors. You might want to consult a manual, and see if
one or the other would work for you.

I think he's talking about Pony Carburetors Inc.(315-662-2003)
I bought an 1100 last April from them and it works great, but it's their
timing instructions that really make a difference.
