New motor - fan/timing

You should find/build a shroud and get a Flex-a-
Lite fan to replace the old 4 blade.

As for timing, the 89 was computer controlled and
base timing was probably 10 degrees. If you're
not running the computer, you'll need to
experiment. Start in the 8-12 initial range, 32
in by 2500 or so and see how it runs. If this is
outside your DIY capabilities, seek out a shop
with a distributor machine. Ford distributors
are tuneable, but it ain't easy.
