Christmas, I'd just like to wish everyone happy holidays and many
thanks for all of the advice and help over the last year!

The 3rd bedroom is a temporary "new car showroom" until 3yr old grandson
gets here to claim his new Power Wheels Jeep. It's fully charged and the
back yard is ready for plowing.
