Have any of you people used a disc brake conversion kit from an
internet company in Texas called Classic Service Restoration Parts? It is a
conversion using original spindles on a 64-66 Mustang for under $600. I see
most other companies are charging $900 for theirs. Your thoughts please?

Thanks for the knowledgeable comeback on the question I asked the
forum. I truly appreciate your expertise and experience. I always double
check things before buying as there are other people out there that know a lot
more than I will ever know in a lifetime. Once again, thanks! Jim

Yeah, I'll be buying from that guy (Dennis, I think his name is) when
I get the dough or happen to be behind a Loomis truck that tips over
on the highway smiling smiley

I'll be doing the granada setup + new spindles. Probably the dual bowl
master + power booster from him as well. I think it's like ~$800 total.

PS: Did anyone notice but me that the price for the classic auto air
systems went up from $999 to ~ $1200?

I have a mini '65 Mustang that is a body on a Club Car golf cart. I
know the gas guage is off so I am going to pull it out, and see what is
wrong with it. Does anyone had an idea what I can seal the opening off with?
Is there a special gas resistant caulk or something? Thanks for your
suggestions in advance. Jim

I've always had good luck with Permatex Form-a-Gasket when I've needed to ensure
a good seal in parts exposed to gasoline. (and just about any other parts where
I need to ensure a good seal.

According to the manufacturer it is fuel & oil resistant and so far I've never
had it fail me.

Lance.
