No. Since I only did maintenance on the fronts, I bled them only before
testing. They worked fine before changing the hoses which I changed only
because they had visible cracks. I had good brakes beforehand.

Not allowed to suck air at master cylinder or caliper.

Thanks, Cliff. I hate mystery problems too, but was hoping someone else
might have had this problem with the mystery cure ;-)

Anyone else have suggestions?
