Dear List,

Lately many of you have been showing a lack of netiquette.

Please, when replying to a message, ONLY QUOTE THE PARTS OF THE MESSAGE
THAT ARE RELEVANT!

READ YOUR MESSAGE! ... Maybe you don't even need to quote anything at all!

It's downright stupid to quote the original message, a reply to the
message, AND the signature.... Only to then leave your worthless 3 line
message with a 4 line signature all the way down at the botttom. Try
leaving your reply at the TOP of the message if you feel the need to quote
40 lines.

There's also been a lot of bullshit mail that should have just been sent to
the person who wrote the letter, not the entire list.

Com'on.. This ain't AOL.

Max
'68 coupe.... Could it be on the road again in a month?

This is true, and probably has more to do with Windows based mailers
than anything. It's alot easier to cut up the original message with an
older, text based UNIX mailer than with Exchange, etc.

I agree with you (see prior rant). However, it was 'voted' that
everybody wanted to see everything on the list - hence the excessive
traffic.
