Jeremy- I just looked ay my '68's old dual reservoir MC, the lever is
STRAIGHT. I'm not so concerned anymore about using this power booster.
Although, from what you wrote, I might have super-power brakes.

Are you using a power brake pedal? Using the manual pedal might be
contributing to your touchy brakes. I'm curious as to what the model
number is on your power booster. Stamped below the "Bendix" embossing on
mine is "6945".

They don't look alike? They sure fit that weird bolt pattern the same way.
