So Gordon,
Do your seat belts have eye-bolts or hex heads? Just curious. I hate the
press on door and window handles. I bought a clip tool and still can't get
them off.

The trick to getting these on and off is to use a small miniature screwdriver to pop-out the clips. Putting them back on is the same proceedure. That's the technique to doing them. The trick is to be able to **SEE** what you're doing behind the handle...with the small gap that's back there... You know how much fun that is.. but it work best, for me anyway....

I used to do it on my '65 hardtop...

Mine have the hex bolts. I hate the press on door and window handles
too. The quarter window cranks are the screw in style, the door cranks
and handles are press on with clips.

I modified a windshield trim removal tool to grab the loop on the clip.
Works pretty well when the clip isn't bent.

Kind of hard to see behind the handle when you have to wear specs for
close work, the frames get in the way.
