1964 Ford Galaxie 500 4 door sedan.
390 4 V with Cruise-O-Matic and 3.25 standard axle
Rangoon Red with red vinyl interior and cloth inserts
Purchase new by my uncle (George) who worked for Ford Engine Engineering in Dearborn, Mi. Handed down to his eldest son. (Jim) He gave it to his younger brother (George) when he went to Vietnam. I (Dave) got the Galaxie from my cousin in 1972. By that time it was in an accident with damage to the RF fender, hood and bumper. Drove it in high school and college and beyond. It was scrapped in 1990 when I moved out of state. (I cried when it was towed away)
I still have the original Ford Registered Owner Identification card
