“Old Guy”
This car was restored by the previous owner in the 1980's. A failed brake adjuster rendered the car inoperable in the early 1990's, so it was put in a garage, and left there until 2005, when I bought it. It was not prepared in any way for long term storage. As a result it took some time to sort out the clogged fuel system, rotten brakes, gummy oil, and a lot of other damage caused by sitting for over 15 years in a dark garage. The car is now running and I will be restoring a lot of the mechanical running gear over the next few months.
