Jacky, it did in my case. Question; does that 3 grand include the price of paint?
I recall my paint (including clear coat, hardener, blah blah blah) was around $1500. The paint store guy said I could save a couple of hundred & buy a less expensive grade of paint, but I only wanted to do this once, so I went with the best I could afford (ha). The paint is still good after three years & I've used it to touch up the scratches from fitting the top & such.
The cost of paint is in the prep as well as actually shooting the product. I think it's a case of 'you get what you pay for'.
Good luck!
