Hello Kirk...

Welcome.

For those of you unfamiliar with Kirk Doucette, he is an SHO
specialist who has a shop near Worcester, Ma. I don't write much on
the list, but I own a 200,000 mile '94 MTX that I bought new and
still use as my daily driver. I have been to any number of SHO
"specialists" over the 12 years I've owned the car, and as the
mileage got higher and higher I had more and more trouble finding
anyone who really knew their stuff.

Kirk REALLY knows his stuff.

Bet on it.

Check him out.

I am now in the process of essentially rebuilding my car while still
driving it. I live in NYC, and every few months I get it up to Kirk
for some more work. I just got a rebuilt 3.2 engine in the car, and
another two or three visits will straighten it to the point that I
may well get ANOTHER 200K out of it.

Check him out.

Later...

S.

Well hi, Kirk, and welcome to the list! It's always good to have new
members...

Sorry, sorry, I've been out to sea too long. Being out here drives you
crazy. Not gay, as most people seem to think.

But yeah, Kirk def. knows his poop. How close is Worcester, MA(that is
Massachusetts, right?) to Patuxent River, MD? I'm about to take orders
up there. It's a shame those guys that were in western MD... pro-tech?
aren't still doing their stuff. I took my car up there once, way back
when I didn't know poop about cars, and they def. took care of me. Kenny
something owned the place. I might still have his card around here
somewhere...

Anybody buy that new suspension package that's out on ebay by that
powdercoating place that does a whole bunch of other SHO stuff? I'm
looking at buying their front STB and I want to know if other people
like it...

Jason
