There are oodles of car clubs across this country, including national,
regional, and local.
With all those people running all those car clubs, you would think there'd
be something in the way of an association, magazine, conference, or other
support for managers of car clubs.
Maybe I'm searching the wrong way, but I can't find it. Is anyone aware of
an association for people who lead or operate car clubs?

I'll bet there's not. Do a Google to check around.
Car clubs come in many flavors and levels of interest and activities. In
that respect the basics of ANY kind of club (from stamp collecting to basket
weaving) or professional association would have the same basics as a car
club.
What are you looking for?
