Just got subscribed to the FORDNatics List. Hope to get and supply
info for my 89 Bronco XLT that is undergoing major performance
upgrades. A little background info if you want it.

I recently completed swapping my 89 Dana 44 IFS front axle and
FORD 8.8" Rear axle for a 79 Straight Dana44 with 4.56's and a
Trac-Lok in front and a FORD 9" with 4.56's and a Detroit Locker in
the rear. If anyone interested, I can give the details of how I
(we) converted the IFS TTB in front to the straight axle. Not as
hard as you might think, and definately worth the money...!

Also, both of the 89's stock axles are for sale if anyone
interested. The 8.8 has 4.56's and the factory Limited Slip.
The axle is complete out to the backing plates. No drums and no
brake hardware. The front TTB axle is also for sale. It has the
stock 3.55's with an open carrier ( I used the 4.56's in the new
Dana44, but have the stock gears) The TTB has new ball joints, axle
shaft u-joints, but no lockouts or rotors.

I also have a Rugged Trail 4" lift for the truck for sale, cheap...!
I live near Colorado Springs, Colorado if anybody wants 'em.

My current project is to swap my original EFI 302 and AOD tranny
with a factory new 94 460 EFI motor and E4OD tranny. I am gathering
info and parts to start the swap later this month. Any one who has
experience with EFI harnesses, sensors, computers and/or swaps, I
could use some help. Because I live at high altitude, 9,500', I am
also looking into Paxton Superchargers for the 460. I know you are
thinking, "why supercharge a 460..?" The answer has to do with the
lack of oxygen at 9,500' and the fact that a motor loses 30% of
torque and horsepower up there.
