In a dyno of a 351W with the Edelborck Performer RPM
intake manifold and cylider heads, they documented VE
over 100% at 4000--->5000 RPM's. It peaked at 104%
at 4500 RPM's. It's interesting to note that this is
where peak torque occured, with peak HP at 6000 RPM's.
