Hi All,
Does anyone know a good source for the wedge shaped shims used to adjust
the pinion angle on leaf sprung cars (they lay flush against the spring
perches)? I need to fine tune the driveline phasing on my '66 Mustang.
It's as smooth as silk under hard acceleration, but has some vibration
upon deceleration.
Thanks,
Dan Jones
P.S. Due to severe storms and flooding here in St. Louis, the local computer
network has been down since Tuesday a week ago. All mail sent to my address
during the past week has been lost. If you sent me anything during this
period, please re-send.

Try your local hot rod/4wd store. Mr. Gasket had wedge shims for
too-tall-trucks for this type of thing a few years ago. Good luck.
