familiar with this swap. I do know that there's a lot of critical things
to be done for a successfull install -- it's not a bolt-n-go operation.
For this reason I'm looking someone to do the install for me. Does anyone
know of a reputable shop in the Dallas area that can do it for me?

As an aside, what should I look for or know about swapping rear-end gears?<<

Really it's not rocket science Robert. There should be plenty of shops that
can do what you need in an area as big as Dallas. I found my guys by
accident, they run a Texaco Oil & Lube shop, turns out that one guy owned a
5.0, the other a has (modified) 67 Chevelle with a 396 - both are ASE
certified.

However, if Mustangs are as popular in Dallas as they are here, it should be
easy to find Mustang oriented shops and they can steer you to good gear
installs. I called Supershops to inquire about gear prices (high - $198) and
asked them if they could steer me to an installer. They gave me two numbers
- both guys were willing to install for $150.

I ended up with Ford Motorsports gears out of MM&FF for $169 + $4 s/h.
Install was $162.50 including a new pinion bearing.
