Hi all ...
I'm new to the list and joined because I don't know where else
to get Ford specific information.
I recently bought a 94 Mustang Cobra. It's crystal white with
black interior. I'd like to get information specific to Mustangs and
Cobras if it's available. Specifically, I'd like to know if anyone has
found a way to put mud guards on the car since no one around here has
been able to figure out a way to do this. And I'd like to exchange
information with other Cobra owners.
Also, does anyone know where I can order something like a shirt
with a Cobra on the front or back. I've found shirts that say Mustang
but none that say Cobra. Any suggestions?

The best source for Ford related "motoring accessories" such as
shirts, jackets, caps, and even ear plugs is the SVO/Motorsports
Apparel catalog. I kid you not, this organization sells every
form of spin-off product that you can imagine. I'm sure they must
have exactly what you want. I ordered some components from a local
Motorsport dealer a long time ago, and they must have put my name
on their mailing list. I now get this about once every couple of
months, and I'll post their number when I get home and find it
tonight. I only wish Motorsport/SVO would concentrate less on
these appearance "accessories and more on making more affordable
performance accessories.

Nothing against mustangs, but the catalog is getting mostly Mustang related
rather than Ford related. They seem to forget other popular items such as
T-birds and SHOs, etc. It wasn't always this way though.

That would be the Ford Motorsport "Official Ford Motor Company
Sportswear and Accesories Catalog". The warehouse is located in
Birmingham, AL. To be exact, PO Box 3360840, Birmingham, AL 35236-0840.
Their toll free number is 1-800-444-4503. I think you could
probably call this number and just request a catalog. Once they've
got you hooked, they will continue to send you plenty of catalogs
to help you support your habit. I'm practically on a first name
basis with them I've bought so much from them over the years. But
at least my money goes for a good cause and some of stays close to
home....... [
