Heard a comedy bit once where this guy thought everyone should be given a

And after 3 tickets you are labeled a Permanent Moron, are arrested and

Morons. Kind of like sterile male fruit flies released to keep those

Hey guys,
This system has been widely used for at least 75 years and the stickers
have been passed out regularly. They don't say STUPID on them, they
say AAA on a yellow diamond shaped background. You should be paying
a little more attention to your fellow drivers.
