two threads:
1. on hooking up the low gas tank level light---don't----mine is very unreliable
and a pain. Someday I will open console and remove lamp to solve problem.
2. on high idles, I was fighting this on one of our carbureted vehicles, got all the
problems fixed, but it persisted. Finally, light went on in my obsolete brain, and
got out can of spray lubricant, sprayed everything inside and out. High idle
problem gone. There's probably something on the recommended maintenance
lists about lubricating linkages---and sometimes cables hang-up, but mostly on
motorcycles in my memory and at WOT.
