They all have the 302 EEC-IV SFI Engine except for the Crown Vic. Police
Package which can also be had with a 351 2-Barrel. For 90 these cars
added a new instrument panel and also a drivers side air bag.

There are two trim levels for each car. For the Crown Vic there was a
base and LX trim level with the major difference being upgraded
upholstery. However the LX typically have option packages that can only
be ordered separately on the base. The same is true for the Grand Marquis
with a GS and LS trim. Most of the LX and LS cars are pretty well equipped.

No. Those options are included with a separate towing package or
police package (crown vic only). If your planning on towing, I would
definately get it.
