I'm looking to install a Ford 9" rear-end in my Mustang and would like to
drop-in a rear that out of a car that came with rear disc brakes. I'm aware of
the Lincoln Versaille/Frod Grenada/Mercury Monarch swap but am curious if
any of the mid to late 80's cars also might have a 9" rear and rear disc
brakes. Does anyone have any type of listing that might show whcih
applications had the Ford 9" either standard or as an option? Oh, and BTW,
does Ford still make the 9" or is it manufatured by a lower level supplier?
Thanks in advance.
