Well guys, it's been fun but the signal-to-noise ratio on this mailing
list has just gotten a little too low for me and I've asked Chucko to
pull me from the list. There have certainly been some gems here, but
the fluff level has just gotten too high for my tastes. Case in point
have been the one-liners that should have gone by private e-mail, and
todays message in which 25 lines of text were quoted in order to make
a one-line comment of "must be nice".

Fordnatics has done a good job of providing a forum where all sorts of
arcane Ford info can be discussed, and I'll really miss that part. I
don't mind having to skip over info on 4 wheel-drives, but having
to weed out chatter without any real info is an annoyance. I haven't
been a regular contributor so I don't expect to be missed, just be
aware that at least one person has been driven off. It would help a
lot if some people would think "Will a reasonable number of people on
the list actually get something out of this?" before sending a message
off.

Thanks for the service, Chucko. Being a list owner appears to be a pain
in the butt, and I've really appreciated the effort you've put into it.
