Energy Suspension wrote the book on Poly Bushings. You can get them
from Fortes Parts Connection at 617-647-1530. Make sure you get the
black ones. They come in all different colors but the black ones are
poly graphite.... They dont squeek as much. make suer you use gobs
of the lubrication stuff both on the body and face of the bushings. And
tourque everything correctly. Front control arms to 145-150 lb/ft and
all rear stuff to around 80 lb/ft. Check your shop manual...
