Quoting from a press release I receivied from
Ford Northwest Region yesterday:

"Northwest sales of the completely redesigned 1994
Ford Mustang are more than four times the year-ago
levels, according to John Mecke, Ford Northwest
regional sales manager.

Mecke reportede 1,645 retail Mustang sla (sales) in
the five-state Northwest region, compared with 372
in the comparable period a year ago.

The 342 percent gain in Mustang sales in the region
compares with a 143 percent increase nationally.
Mustang sales in the Northwest accounted for 22.2
percent of the small specialty segment, up from 5.7
percent last year. Mustang's share of the segment is
higher than Camaro and Firebird combined."
