Ok I looked at the 84 Bronco II again and now I have a few
specific questions about it. I have heard bad things about the lifters.
That they are mechanical and hard to adjust correctly. And because of
this, Ford switched to hydrolic? or some self adjusting system. Is this
correct? Has anyone had experience with this situation. Again this is
the 2.8 V6 I don't know if it was in any other Ford vehicles I would be
interested in knowing that also.
This engine has 120K on it and seemed to have a carb. problem
the first time I looked at it. That seems to be fixed. It also has a
slow oil leak from somewhere just above the Oil filter. The guy says it
is some sort of pastic cheap valve does anyone know about this. This is
the major thing that is scaring me off.

Any comments on the 84 2.8 V6 Bronco II are greatly apprieciated
especially minor/major problems that are common to this vehicle.

120K $2,400.00

Thanks again
