Help please! LOL
My sons have bought me a 1969 LTD! It had a ragged out 302, bored .60 over, that was totally wore out. After a lot of searching I find I can buy a 351 C longblock like I used to have on my 73 mustang. Ive been told I can swap in a 351 windsor but not a Cleveland. I thought 302, 351 W and 351 C were same block? I just don't want to buy the motor only to have to cut up my hood because its taller. lol Im new to forums (Im 61) if I can figure out how to post a photo I will. I've owned and worked on fords since 15yrs old but haven't swapped engines much. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance. Mark Shiro
