Hello everyone I have a question for you. I am restoring the intiriore
of my 64 1/2 mustang and I ran into a problem with the front window cranks.
The passanger side regulator is drilled and tapped for a crank with a screw
in the center. On the other hand the drivers side is not drilled and tapped
and the crank on that side is held with a drift screw I believe it is called.
I asked around at some local shops here in Phoenix and got conflicting
oppinons. My question is which one is original for the 64 1/2 the one with
the screw in the middle or on the side. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Marty

Original one is the one without the screw hole. Early cars used the clip
on style of door handle and window crank
