I sent this message earlier but got no response so I'll give it one more try.
I have a 67 convertible. I have installed new weatherstrip on all windows
and I am trying to get the windows properly aligned so they seal. However,
even after I get them properly aligned there are still loose, i.e., the
rear quarter windows for instance wobble fore and aft. It seems like the
large nylon rollers rivetted to the window frames are not exactly the same
size as the tracks and there is some play in them (may have worn down in
the past 30 years). Is this common or am I missing something when I tighten
up the bolts on the window? Does anyone know of a way to take the "wobble"
out of the windows? Thanks for any advise.

How much wobble are you getting?
Mine are out, and I've thoroughly cleaned the tracks and replaced
each of the rollers. I'd have to guess that they're as good as they
get with the top of the window moving 1/4-3/8 inch front to rear. Any
tighter and I doubt they'd go up and down.
My guess is that new rollers are in order.
