Last week we sold our 1968 Mustang coupe. Not a special car, but a real
nice driver. After all financial and paperwork matters were resolved
with her father, "I" suggested the sixteen year old girl back her car
out of my garage. (no LOL please)
During this process she sideswiped the rear of my daily use rice rocket
300ZX parked on the street. Not all was lost, she did stop after only
halfway doing the job. After moving my car forward, and viewing only
superficial marks on my paint, I bid them on their way and many happy
years of Mustang enjoyment.
These things happen and things can be fixed, but that moment of car
against car produces a distinct anguish in my stomach. I am sure she and
her Mustang will provide these dramatic moments for others, and it will
protect her in the process.
Lesson learned: Point a newly sold car in a direction with least chance
of hitting anything.

1964 Falcon Futura convertible (FOR SALE)
1967 Mustang GT convertible
