Spoke to a guy about a 67 GT he has for sale. 7F91S553005 - will forward
door data when he provides it. Too many red flags for me. Sounds like there
is a lot of rust. Wheels wells, hood and deck lid rusted out under the
mouldings. Floor pans gone. Sounds like it is an original GT with all of
the GT equipement there. The engine has been modified, to what extent he did
not know. Was done by a prior owner. Has a spoiler off a mach 1. Also has
hood scoops on it. When i saw the ad, i thought it sounded like a deal.
After talking to the guy, the price sounds about right. He is sending pics,
but i think i will keep looking. If anyone is interested, here is the ad,
owners name is Jim Ryan:


1967 MERCURY COUGAR, 390 V-8, C-6, auto,
color-teal,power brakes,new roof, new tires, orig GT
wheels,nice int. mileage: 105000, $2,000.00, (570)
