I'd like to dress my '65 convt with a chrome luggage rack, but I've had some bad experiences with aftermarket chrome in the past (early rust, pitting, etc.). Any list member with experience (good or bad) in buying this part from any of the vendors? I have the catalogs from several of those vendors, and the prices are similar. Any particular one dealing in a better unit?

Bill,

Unless I am mistaken, there is only one manufacturer on the luggage
rack...make sure if you put one on, you keep a good coat of cream wax on
it every time you wash the car...

That's what I tell all my customers, and have never had any
complaints...
