I live in Illinois. I would like to find the previous owner/s
of my Mustang. The dealer for some reason would not give
me this info.

The motor has been modified a bit and I want to
find out exactly how much. Is there an easy way of tracing
the previous owners? I'm guessing that I would have to call
someone down at the Secretary of State, I just want to know
who to call instead of making several calls. Thanx.
