Thanks to the people on this list, I was able to fix all that needed to be
done on my 69 'stang to get it to pass inspection this weekend. I was
able to bleed the brakes, elimiating the squishy pedal and I tightened the
parking brake. Also fixed a couple light issues.

I aslo figured out my squeaky belt problem. Turns out that there was a
small bracket attached to the pump that was nearly impossible to see that
was hitting the shock tower (perhaps the bracket was designed only for use
with the old 250 motor). A pair of plyers bent it back, the belt
tightened, and voila.

Additionally, I put in a nice CD palyer, so now we're all set for top down
motoring for the summer!! smiling smiley

Now, if anyone on this list can recommend a good mechanic in the Northern
Virginia area (for the things I cant fix), I'd be all set.
