A get-together would be cool. I posted something about maybe making a
"Net Shirt". (At least) the Phish and Blues Traveler lists have shirts that
identify them as netters. For example, the designated meeting place for us
at the BT show in Colorado was at the soundboard area @ intermission.
A car show would be a bit different, all the netters could meet up at the
"stage" area at a given time. Some club members wear their respective
club shirts, so maybe a button/pin, or a hat would work better in this case?
Buttons would be even cheaper than Tshirts. It would be a dead giveaway if
you see someone with a familiar pin/tshirt whatever. Does anyone know of
a silk-screening place that does good work cheap?? Another idea is one of
those
"Don't touch my car" magnets that has a place for people to put email
addresses, and
maybe something about this list, too!
