Hi all, has anyone ever rebuilt a Ford-O-Matic? Mine is dumping fluid on
the floor faster than I can fill it. Mostly due to that fact that it sat
for 5 years. It shifts fine and engages hard, so I don't think that it is
wore out. I am hoping it just has bad seals. But before I get gung ho,
yard it out and look, I thought I would get some advice. So anything you
have to say would be appreciated.

I am looking for both rear quarter panels and the sheet metal that is
between the rear window, rear deck lid and the aforementioned quarter
panels for a '65 convertible mustang. If anyone can be of assistance, this
would be very much appreciated.
Please reply to (email redacted)
thanks

Consistency was the province of driver skill and things like a Hurst

If you're talking about the Drag-Pac option (oil cooler, 3.91 or 4.30
gears, SCJ engine, etc.), in '69, it was available with an automatic
transmission. I recently had Kevin Marti run some production numbers for
me and 4-speeds outnumber automatics about 2:1.
