Anyone have experience with these? I ask because (thanks to valuable
opinions here) I'll be changing my thermostat and radiator cap later
this week when my Summit shipment arrives and have noticed SEVERAL
sources of recommendations that I get a lower radiator hose that won't
collapse (which apparently is a common problem for the lower rubber
hoses on these Mustangs.
I currently have stainless steel heater hoses (with rubber ends that
mate to the heater core, intake/water pump) but before I change the
mission critical hoses I figured I'd ask around before I dropped 100
bucks on these.
Thanks, as always.

I think it's only common if the lower hose is missing it's coil spring inside....

No experience ..... what do you mean by "rubber ends"? Are these
braided stainless hose? (Which are rubber inside ..) You can use
stainless hose in place of plain rubber hose without fancy hose ends.
It's just harder to tighten the hose clamp over the stainless... and
is probably not recommended ... I have done it of 3/8 stainless hoses....
....is this what you're referring to:
racersauction.com/viewLot.cfm?lotKey=9308
These look to "Hot Roddy" for my taste!

Yeah, those. I have a pair of those for my heater hoses currently.
