I would like to replace my stock seats in my 68 fastback with something
newer. Are there any late model mustang seats or after market seats
that will fit?

I put '87 Mustang GT seats in my '68 and like them. It's not too hard,
just had to adapt the rails. It's been 12 years or so, but IIRC, the
late model seats just need to be bolted up to the earlier seat tracks
(and one hole drilled in them because the newer seats are slightly
smaller).

Nearly any seat will fit, it just has to be bolted to the adjusting
rails that fit. Sometimes an adapter plate is necessary, but that's not
a big deal to make. I know a guy with '90's prelude seats who likes
them.
