You're very correct. Every new location that a seat belt is added will need some reinforcement. However, I think the rear door frame (as done on the Falcon web site) will require less work than the roof. The '67 and up roofs were designed with the shoulder belt attach point, and can handle the load. I don't know if the '65 or '66 roofs can handle it. Any Ford engineers out there that worked on the car? (If only we could be so lucky)
