73 Mustang 351 2bbl convert.
I recently started to get noise from passenger rear wheel.My guy
diagnosed a bearing.Cost to fix approx $150.Shall I have both done? Can
I drive the car?

I would do both. As for driving - not a lot if you can help it. If a
bearing is making noise you can hear it's in pretty bad shape.
