re-centering brake valve

After reading some of the replies to my plea
(THANK YOU, by the way), I thought I would
add this.

I THINK the valve IS supposed to shut off the bad
system , but on mine right now, with the switch
closed (valve not centered),

BUT

it is NOT shutting off either system ????

I think Karls suggestion of better bleeding
is part of the problem - bleeding the press
diff valve itself. But did you (Karl) mean bleed
the valve THROUGH the hole where the switch
was???
