I recently rebuilt and installed a Rally Pac including new lenses, =
paint, etc. It sits in front of a brand new instrument lens making the =
little black and chrome "Rally Pac" trim piece look like dirt. Does =
anyone make repros of this piece?

No, and to make matters worse, a magazine article some years ago on
Rally Pac restoration supposedly suggested dunking the entire housing in
solvent (or some other caustic substance) to take off the old paint.
What they neglected to add was that the trim piece (plastic) needed to
be removed from the metal housing first. According to a later article,
untold numbers of these rare components were probably ruined by people
following the incorrect procedure.
