I'm looking to take the plunge and getting my car repainted sooner
rather than later... I had one place (Mustang Ranch, Santa Clara) give
me a rough ball-park price of $5k... but they say they do a complete
strip/prime/paint/reassemble job... but I was hoping to do much better
($2k?) than that. Anyone have a recommendation in my area (preferably
in the South SF Bay Area) for someone who has painted their Mustang?
My car actually has pretty nice paint except that it has several pretty
good chips (doors) and scratches that were poorly touched up...
Secondary question: What about colors? My car was originally a
"Pastel Grey" but was repainted "White" about 15-20 years ago... any
advise or suggestions about changing colors back to the original?
Changing the color to yet another?
Thanks!

I looked at a '69 Shelby last fall was "Pastel Grey". It still had a lot of
the original paint, but to a casual observer it looked white.
