I was kinda hoping this was an off the shelf Autozone/Pep Boys part.

<< For those of you with power steering, what outer tie rod/adjusting
sleeve did you use and for which side? I trust >>
All you will need to buy is the tie rod end, the adjusting sleeve from
the V8
Mustang is correct. The only difference is the "Bend" in the tie rod
end to
clear the PS Control Valve

Contact Rare Parts in CA for the part, they actually manufacturer it, it
may
be cheaper???

If it hasn't been done before on this list, perhaps an interesting
thread would be where you found your sheet and where your car was
built.

Hey, everyone! I signed up on this list to learn stuff about Mustangs
because right now I'm turning 15 and I've been working my ass off for
a while to save up and buy one of these nice Mustangs..

Do you have the same thought I had? We had owned a Honda Accord with speed
sensitive power steering. Full power steering assist at low speed, less
assist and more road feel at highway speed. I have been trying to get the
specifications of both systems for some time now. It would be cool to be
able to figure that one out. Even more so if it could be packaged in a
stock vintage power steering pump housing.

I realize it is out of print, but I am looking for "Mustang Performance
Handbook 65-85" by Peter Sessler. I have tried locating services with no
luck. Can anyone help?
