I have a 4 brl Carter Carburetor on a 289 that I need to rebuild. Does
anyone have any suggestions on where I can get a kit to rebuild this?
Thanks.

My suggestion (you might think it's sarcastic, but it isn't) is to scrap the
Carter and install a Holley Projection system. I did this to both my 70
Bronco and My 65 Mustang and haven't been dissapointed yet. If you follow
their directions and start off by removing your gas tank and cleaning all
the old gas out, you won't have any problems. If you tank is the original,
you be surprised at the ammount of junk that's probably collected in it
since new.
