I found the bill of sale for my 66. My parents bought it new from
University Ford in San Diego CA.

They paid just over $3k for the coupe with the 289, c4, white
wall tires, two speed wiper, and something else I can't read.
Plus dealer installed AC.

Everything is written on a generic form with nothing itemized.
Just the items listed, a total amount and sales tax.

Interesting bit of history.
