This is kind of cool.

I'd think I'd like to make one out of my original key that was so worn
it would pull - or fall - out of the ignition while the car was
running. Real interesting until I replaced those floor pans!

You can pull mine out of the ignition regardless of position but it
doesn't fall out (yet?). Comes in handy when I need to move one of the
other cars to get the Mustang out of the garage/driveway/etc since I
can start the Mustang, pull the keys and then go move the other car.

Key? You need a key to start a classic Mustang?

Greg

My Dad had an Opel Kadet in the early 70's that would start without the
key. The ignition, I guess, was just a place to keep your keys when they
weren't in your pocket. He never locked the car, either. No one would get
away really fast with a 800cc engine! I used to love being able to drive it
around the neighborhood before I was legal when he wasn't looking. . . .

I like it!

But I'm not sure I like it enough to spend $90 on it. Might be cool at the
shows though.

Lance.
