I have the fancy radio with the Mustang on the tape door in my '65 fastback. I
also have a built 302, headers and dual 2-chamber Flowmaster mufflers.

I don't think I've turned the radio on 5 times since I bought it because it
masks the beautiful music that comes out the exhaust pipes. I enjoy a great
stereo system in the family cars, but in the Mustang, I only want to hear the
rumble from those pipes. Our club color tour last fall sounded like a symphony
each time we'd leave a traffic light.

Anyone else prefer the music from a V-8 over the radio?

Jim Reminga

Hey, not bad! Buttttttt... I have notice that the KRC-3006 listed and pictured
IS NOT the CUSTOM FIT version. That's what you pay the money for! (Extra
$100-150) I guess.. But what a great price on the CD Changer! I had no idea
anyone could offer that so cheap! They must be hot! (fell off a truck.. smiling smiley

Ok, Since reviewing this new material on the net (I had no idea what the actual
prices were for these things, I got it with the car, and the original receipt
was enclosed.. Here's the big deal!!.. I will sell the receiver, and 10-cd
changer, AND the Customer Audio sound High output Custom Kick panel speaker
setup, all for $650.00!!!!!!!!! FINAL OFFER!!!, You get the whole package!!!!!
I will not sell it for any less!!! (God I feel like CRAZY EDDIE..) ,Otherwise
I'm keeping it!!!!

Thanks, All the best,

Tony.

I hear ya Jim. I've had my '65-k 13 years, every spring I look at the radios and never can talk myself into buying one. The music under the hood works for me most of the time; on the long trips to Carlisle and such, I just bring the boom box and a stack of CDs...
